Health and Physical Education

Health and Physical Education is concerned with total health of a learner and the community. Besides physical health, it includes mental and emotional health of students. Sports and games are integral part of school life and play a pivotal role in the upbringing of a sports person by imbibing the values like self discipline, responsibility, self confidence, sacrifice and accountability regarding task given besides following of the motto of ‘remaining fit and healthy’. Social attitude and inter-human dependability qualities essentially need to be developed.
