Affiliation and Curriculum

Affiliation
Gurukul Senior Secondary school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) with effect from 01 Apr 2010 (Affiliation No 530725) . The school offers all the three streams i.e. Humanities , Commerce and Science. Text books approved by the NCERT are adopted and the reference material where required, is prescribed by the teacher duly approved by the school Management committee. Extension of affiliation has since been approved by the CBSE upto 31 March 2028 vide their letter No. : CBSE/530725/EX-02395-2324/2023-24/ dated 06 Sep 2022.

Curriculum
Curriculum as prescribed by the CBSE is followed in the school scrupulously without any deviation. The teaching learning takes place in English medium. For benefit of students dual language , that is ,English as well Hindi(mother tongue) is used to explain the concepts and fundamentals cleared. Latest technology is amply used to make the learning interesting and effective. Computer Education’s due importance has been assigned by establishing three separate computer laboratories , one in primary wing , two in senior wing. Primary classes are conducted as per the guidelines issued by the women and child development department.
