Faculty

Gurukul selects best of faculty through rigorous process. The faculty is selected based on NCTE & qualification criterion laid by the CBSE in their bye laws. The school has fully experienced and well qualified faculty members from pre-primary level to senior secondary level .Besides the teaching faculty there are other members of staff. The faculty members remain in close contact with the students to take care about their academic needs and also guide them for decent cultured behavior. All students are given the mobile numbers of the subject and class teachers for guidance even after school hour. Special attention is paid for teachers training as per the guidelines laid in the CBSE byelaws and training instruction received from time to time. Sahodya meetings organized by the CBSE are attended by the Principal and the Management.

Teacher’s Training

For the reform in the education world, the Teacher Training Program plays an important role. As any other professional, teachers also have to keep themself updated with the changing environment. The training program is helpful for teachers in improving their efficiency, ability, knowledge, professionalism/motivation for their work.
Gurukul Sr Sec School Matindu every year organise in house training programme and provide apportunity to all teachers to attend the training programs organised by cbse, Centre of excellance and other training provider institutions.
